This morning I bought and picked up a grapple at Coia. Would like to send a special thank you to your staff. My salesman was Vince. I also had assistance from a counter man, I did not get his name I wish I had and a couple techs and a forklift operator. I am sure Vince knows who they are. Having never been in your store I wanted to tell whomever it may concern my experience was nothing short of the greatest. Your staff was courteous, very helpful, and researched to find answers to my questions. I am from Strongsville, not like around the corner but I would not hesitate to ride out to your store again. Please thank your staff and you should be proud of them.
