Greet customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving unit information.
Listen to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
Refer the technician to the customer and/or testing the unit to confirm source(s) of service repairs.
Estimate the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer’s schedule.
Handle customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Periodically check on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed.
Review and correct all warranty claims generated through technicians to prepare for submission to vendors.
Process all warranty claims for Kubota and claims for any other manufacturer represented by Coia Sales.
Process all warranty claim paperwork and track claims from the time they are submitted to the time they are paid or rejected.
Maintain files on warranty claims.
Tracking rejected warranties and notifying Service Manager about rejected warranties.
Prepare monthly list of warranties not paid and determine disposition.
Resubmit warranty claims as needed.
Maintaining, shipping and tracking warranty parts to vendors or scraping as needed.
Determine disposition of warranty parts returned from vendor as a result of a rejected claim.
Assist other personnel as required such as receiving parts and answering phones.
